The Full Story

Hi, I’m Thomas Lee, and I’m on a mission to help people build a life that feels lighter—physically, mentally, and spiritually. A life rooted in balance, movement, nourishment, and authentic connection.

I’ve officially been in the fitness industry for over five years, but movement has been a part of me my entire life. From kickboxing and coaching to yoga and holistic wellness, I’ve always known that our bodies are a gateway—not just to health, but to wholeness.

Over the years, I've come to realize that so many people are trying to feel better, but they’re doing it in pieces. They’re focused on just fitness, just diet, or just self-help. The truth? Wellness isn’t linear. It’s not a single habit or practice—it’s a way of living. Real change comes from integrating the mind, the body, and the spirit. That’s where balance begins.

When I left my home state of Virginia and relocated to Indiana, I found myself in a new environment that revealed even more about the challenges people face daily. I saw individuals burdened by cultural conditioning, struggling with disconnection—from themselves, from nature, from their own truth. Social anxiety, mental health struggles, addiction, burnout, chronic pain, emotional fatigue—it’s all too common. And at the root of it all, I believe, is a loss of alignment. We've forgotten how to simply be human.

I know this, because I’ve lived it. For 20 years, I battled alcoholism—a daily struggle that slowly drained the color out of my life. But through the practice of Ashtanga yoga and the guidance I found in my 200-hour yoga teacher training and Y12SR certification, I discovered a path back to myself. These tools didn’t just help me recover—they helped me remember who I really am beneath the pain, the habits, and the labels.

Since then, I’ve deepened my training with 500 hours of yoga teacher certification, and I've continued to expand my knowledge in wellness with a nutrition certification and ongoing study in Ayurveda, the ancient Indian system of holistic healing. Ayurveda has taught me to look at health through a broader lens—balancing the elements within the body, honoring cycles, and living in rhythm with nature. It’s not just about food or herbs—it’s about energy, intention, and flow.

Alongside yoga and nutrition, I’ve spent five years training and instructing in kickboxing, guiding others to discover their inner strength through powerful movement and disciplined practice. I’ve also worked as a sports team coach, combining physical training with mental focus to build not just strong athletes, but strong individuals.

Through this blend of experience, I’ve created a philosophy that’s rooted in wholeness. My approach is simple: combine ancient wisdom with modern methods. Use movement to clear stagnation. Use stillness to uncover truth. Use nourishment to heal. Use presence to evolve.
